A Prayer for the Poor

-

Oh, my love,

Let not your heart be troubled.

Out of your poverty shall ye attain riches.

-

In a world of the poor, is an Earth to be inherited, a people forgotten by the tax collector and consumed by the rich and powerful.

The rich, who possess many worldly pleasures attained off the broken and bleeding backs of the workers, are a people to be pitied in our struggle.

The bigger the bank, the smaller Salvation’s opportunity is to them. Therefore, you are blessed with those whose bank accounts have more zeroes before the decimal rather than after.

In the absence of the attainer of evil, we find God most, not only in the perspective of poverty but in the practice of our faith.

More prayers are even from the poor in society than from those who live above it; the same as the name of God is spoken more by the homeless man than by some believers who not only have a roof over their heads but a house of God to gather at.

Yay, those of you who face the creditors of the economy, who swim in an ocean of debt as you try to escape the loan sharks, though the shackles of this system have been placed upon you, forget not your God, who has not only destroyed shackles but decimated the prisons that use them.

The Lord, He cometh, not only when we least expect it, but when He is most needed.

Continue steadfastly in prayer; invest in God’s economy. The Deliverer, the Provider, the Comforter, and above all, the King of this World and the Next, comes for His children, the believer, and the chosen.

Amen.
